An ugly woman entreated her husband to have cosmetic surgery.

못 생긴 여자가 성형수술을 시켜 달라고 남편을 졸랐다.

He did not stand against his wife's annoying entreaty, went for plastic surgery known as a best technique with his wife.

남편은 아내의 시달림에 견디지 못한 나머지 솜씨가 가장 좋다는 성형외과를 아내와 같이 찾아갔다.

Husband: Well ... How much does the estimate?

남편 : 저… 견적이 어느 정도 나오나요?

And the doctor hesitated for a long time and said:

그러자 의사는 한참을 망설이다 말했다.

Doctor: As long as you are living anyway, what about to marry a new wife after paying required alimony with the estimated money for surgery which would be enough even for your new wedding cost.

의사 : 기왕이면 수술비를 위자료로 쓰시고, 새 장가를 드시죠. 결혼비용까지 충분할 것 같습니다.
